The Mortgage Rewards Team of Alera Financial is a unique combination of interests, talents and skills. The team is composed of eight members: Three Senior Mortgage Bankers and four Mortgage Bankers, and one Jr. Mortgage Banker.

Currently we do loans in Alabama, Colorado, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Offering over 40 years of home lending experience, members of this unique team are recognized as experts in home finance. One member of the team was asked by a large nationally recognized mortgage lender last year to serve as a member of its loan product national advisory committee, another is a member of the Carolina Newswire’s Expert’s Corner on Homeownership and Home Finance. All three Senior Mortgage Bankers have previous Mortgage Management experience.

This team is active with educational workshops for homebuyers and current homeowners wanting to get the right home loan, and supporting the local real estate community by holding educational seminars that will enhance the service agents can provide to homebuyers and sellers. Plus, a portion of each transaction closed with team goes into "the Kitty”, to support community projects such as our LOANS THAT HELP project with the Salvation Army.

Each member of the team has received specialized training on gathering and analyzing a consumer’s home financing information and advising borrowers on ways to make a good home loan decision.
